From 578 lbs – Now On the Road to Recovery

This Grace Force Podcast welcomes Jim Hooper[1]. I (Fr. Rick) made a connection with Jim after seeing a social media post he made that talked about the Keto diet. The science on Keto has been amazing, and many are finding success with it. I reached out to Jim, and discovered he has made himself quite the expert in weight-loss, especially in the areas of Keto and Intermittent Fasting.

Then, I wondered if other folks would want to join us in the New Year’s resolution of losing some weight and detoxifying our body. Jim, Doug and I then created a Facebook group entitled, “Grace Force Strong.” Within 48 hours, 1,400+ people joined! It was obvious that we are all wanting too get healthy and strong as our “first move” in 2022.

Jim’s story is very compelling. Jim topped out at 578 pounds, and his body was, quite literally, shutting down. After a spiritual experience, which you will hear on this podcast, Jim poured himself into getting healthy again. Jim has already lost 135 pounds. WOW!

Watch this podcast, and you will be inspired by Jim and his font of knowledge, which is now helping 100s of people.

You can join our “Grace Force Strong” Facebook HERE[2].

Let’s get Grace Force Strong in 2022!!

Support the US Grace Force Podcast

Hello and welcome to the United States Grace Force Podcast!

If you are here than you know about the dangers the Catholic Church faces that our Blessed Mother warned us about and that threaten to corrupt our society.

Our mission here is simple. Bring awareness to these issues and do battle against them.

God commands us to take up arms against the demons that plague us daily. We are in a spiritual battle for our souls and we must not be caught being idle.

If you feel so inclined, you can donate a small amount monthly to help keep us going. Whatever you are able to give would help us greatly to spread this message to more people and recruit spiritual warriors for the fight!
