Peace Through Strength in 2022
Gracie and I want to wish you a very Happy & Hopeful New Year!
This year, 2/22/2022 actually falls on a Tuesday or, should we say, “Twosday”? In biblical numerology, Number 2, similar to number one symbolizes integrity. It is an integrity provided by God. Number 2 leads to number 1, leads to God’s power and to God. In number two we can see God the Father and God the Son that compose one divine power.
2/2/2022 is Candlemas, also known as the Feast of the Presentation of Jesus Christ, the Feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Number two is a symbol of purification and division. This is a process of giving a new life to people who were good and brought only the best to the world, and filtration of evil people who brought destruction and had dark intentions.
I am hopeful this year will indeed see this purification and filtration … it’s sheep and goats time. On our part, we must be clearly seen as the children of God that we are. This clear “distinction” of strong and loving faith will go a long way to “facilitate filtration.”
I believe 2022 is the year the children of light raise their light from under their bushel baskets and up on to their lampstands and cry out as Mary did in her Magnificat:
He has mercy on those who fear him
in every generation.
He has shown the strength of his arm,
he has scattered the proud in their conceit.
He has cast down the mighty from their thrones,
and has lifted up the lowly.
He has filled the hungry with good things,
and the rich he has sent away empty.
Our “strong” light must overcome (overwhelm) the forces of darkness. We must work, intently, at making our light brighter and brighter. This will dispel the darkness and chaos that has infiltrated our culture and it will lead to God’s light of truth and love and peace and freedom to rule in our land once again.
In 2022, we are going to work together, as we have never worked before, to get as strong as we possibly can so we can all live, once again, in peace and freedom.
“We maintain the peace through our strength, weakness only invites aggression.” – President Ronald Reagan
Together, let’s seek peace through strength in 2022.
