US Grace Force – October Prayer and Inspiration

The Catholic Church Calls Us to New Heights

From the moment Christ handed Peter the keys, the Roman Catholic Church has played an essential role in pulling the world up from savagery and barbarism to reach new heights as a civilization of love. Wherever the Roman Catholic Church flourishes, the culture thrives. No longer is man subject to his base wants and lusts and desires, but is released to strive for the summit of perfection.

Pope Benedict wrote:

“Thanks to Tradition, guaranteed by the ministry of the apostles and their successors, the water of life that flowed from the side of Christ and his saving blood comes to the women and men of all times. In this way, Tradition is the permanent presence of the Savior who comes to meet, redeem and sanctify us in the Spirit through the ministry of his Church for the glory of the Father.”

The saints who have gone before us are the witness, par excellence, to this tethering to Truth that enlightens and inspires and elevates mankind. These quotes are but a glance at the 2,000 year history of the “Heroes in Holiness.” Let us allow their impressive lives to inspire ours.

Each day, from October 8 to October 27, and the close of the Amazon Synod, you will receive three quotes from these heroes to inspire you to reach new heights of holiness, along with the prayers we all will pray together.

If you are what you should be, you will set the whole world ablaze! -St. Catherine of Sienna

This is the very perfection of a man, to find out his own imperfections. -St. Augustine

He who climbs never stops going from beginning to beginning, through beginnings that have no end. He never stops desiring what he already knows. –St. Gregory of Nissa

Pray With All Our Hearts – Immaculate Heart, Sacred Heart, Our Heart

  1. Believe in the supernatural power of grace. Believe in miracles!
  2. Go to Confession – Often! – to be strong in supernatural grace.
  3. Fasting (as God guides you)
  4. Daily Rosary
  5. St. Michael Prayer
  6. Sacred Heart Novena Prayer

God may be calling you to more than this, and that is wonderful. But, I believe, during this Red October, we must heed these six essentials. So, when you pray your daily rosary, please do it this way during October …

  1. Pray the Rosary
  2. St. Michael Prayer (against the “swamp” in our culture and Church) after five decades, but before the Hail Holy Queen
  3. Sacred Heart Novena Prayer, after St. Michael Prayer, but before the Hail Holy Queen
(The reason for saving the Hail Holy Queen til the end, is that it is also part of the Sacred Heart Novena Prayer)

Please include the following intention in the Sacred Heart Novena Prayer: “For Cardinal Burke and Bishop Schneider’s intentions for the Amazon Synod.”

I have created a “banner pen” that you can carry with you that has the Sacred Heart Novena prayer on the banner of the pen. See HERE.

Padre Pio’s Sacred Heart Novena Prayer

O my Jesus, You have said: “Truly I say to you, ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you.” Behold I knock, I seek and ask for the grace of (here name your request). Our Father … Hail Mary … Glory Be … Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You.

O my Jesus, You have said: “Truly I say to you, if you ask anything of the Father in My name, He will give it to you.” Behold, in Your name, I ask the Father for the grace of (here name your request). Our Father … Hail Mary … Glory Be … Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You.

O my Jesus, You have said: “Truly I say to you, heaven and earth will pass away but My words will not pass away.” Encouraged by Your infallible words I now ask for the grace of (here name your request). Our Father … Hail Mary … Glory Be … Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You.

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, for whom it is impossible not to have compassion on the afflicted, have pity on us miserable sinners and grant us the grace which we ask of You, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, Your tender Mother and ours.

Say the Hail, Holy Queen and add: “St. Joseph, foster father of Jesus, pray for us.”

Cardinal Burke and Bishop Schneider’s intentions:

1) that the theological errors and heresies inserted in the Instrumentum Laboris may not be approved during the synodal assembly;

2) that particularly Pope Francis, in the exercise of the Petrine ministry, may confirm his brethren in the faith by an unambiguous rejection of the errors of the Instrumentum Laboris and that he may not consent to the abolition of priestly celibacy in the Latin Church by introducing the praxis of the ordination of married men, the so-called “viri probati”, to the Holy Priesthood.
